Originally from a small town in central Minnesota, I went to the University of South Dakota to pursue a business degree. After graduating with my MBA in 2017, I moved to Fargo to begin my career. Throughout my education and now in my career, I am driven by my passion for helping others and working with a team to accomplish a shared goal.

In my day to day, I love taking the next step to understand the “why” behind things. Because of that, you can usually find me behind a spreadsheet or reviewing our internal processes to ensure alignment across our team.

Outside of work, I am keep busy with my two sons (oh yeah, my husband and our two dogs too!). Spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new cities and revisiting my favorite places will always excite me! I’ll never pass up the opportunity to shop at my go-to stores or binge the latest Netflix show.
