What does your professional background look like?
I spent 5 years in retail management after going to school for Elementary Education.
What brought you to MINT?
I had been a brand fan of MINT after connecting with Amanda on LinkedIn. I had a passion for building and developing relationships with clients, so when I saw that MINT was adding this position, I knew it was perfect!
What are your favorite parts about working at MINT?
We have a very strong and collaborative working environment that makes bringing new ideas to the table feel effortless. Each day is different depending on the needs of our clients and our business. I have also loved learning the ins and outs of our industry and why marketing and branding are so important!
What does your current role look like on a day-to-day basis?
My role centers around all client communication and relationship management. From potential client meetings, new client onboarding, and current project management, every day is different but equally exciting. I also get to work collaboratively with our creative team in ensuring client feedback and being shared and we are on track for timelines and general strategy.
What is your favorite part about your current role?
My favorite part is developing strong relationships with our clients. Delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish is the most affirming feeling for myself and our entire team!
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
Outside of work, you can usually find me spending time with my husband, Garrett, and our 1.5-year-old, Freya! Toddler life keeps us super busy. We love going to local breweries, traveling, spending time outside and just enjoying time together. In my free time, I love catching up on my podcasts, reading anything pop culture, and staying active with Pilates or weight lifting.
If you could give one piece of advice to someone just starting to market their brand, what would you tell them?
