MINT Brand Marketing was born in 2012 out of the entrepreneurial spirit of Amanda and a deep love of branding and all it can do for an organization when done well. We are a Midwest branding, marketing & design studio of renegade thinkers focused on tapping into the humanity in every brand.

Client Experience Manager

MINT Brand Marketing is looking for a Client Experience Manager that is excited about the opportunity to build relationships with our clients! This role will serve as the main point of contact with our existing clients to manage + grow the relationship through communication on projects. In addition, this role will lead new clients through the onboarding process to ensure long term success. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly detailed and organized, is a natural problem-solver, and can think on their feet.

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Build + strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships 
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure clients receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
  • Strategize with clients to understand upcoming projects and develop a timeline for completion 
  • Lead in-person or virtual meetings with client and/or internal team members to discuss on-going or future projects
  • Mediate between clients and the organization; Be the voice of the client and act as their advocate while sharing client needs with team members
  • Handle and resolve client requests and complaints by offering creative solutions
  • Work internally with team members though project management system to communicate client projects   
  • Become an expert in MINT’s services and educate customers on the use and benefits of these services to assist with additional service or renewal opportunities 
  • Must have 3-5 year of experience in a customer-facing project manager or account management role
  • Excellent written + verbal communication
  • Strong time management skills
  • Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Have a passion for building client relationships
  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player
  • Experience using ClickUp is a major plus!
  • A solid ideas generator + initiative taker
  • Proven ability to communicate with tact, clarity + accuracy
  • Excellent proofreading skills, and ability to translate technical information, and convey it to a lay audience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without supervision
  • Have a passion for continued learning
  • Handle constructive criticism in a way that promotes learning and practices giving yourself grace
