What brought you to MINT?
I wanted the opportunity to grow professionally and start a new chapter in my life. The atmosphere and balance at MINT is exactly what I was looking for.
What are your favorite parts about working at MINT?
My favorite part of working at MINT is the people. Both the team I get to work with daily as well is the variety of clients I have had the pleasure to represent.
What does your current role look like on a day-to-day basis?
My day-to-day changes daily which I love! I will spend the majority of my day working on social media strategies, content, and graphics for clients. I also work on MINT social media making sure we provide educational posts as well as fun posts to get to know the team!
What is your favorite part about your current role?
Oooh, that’s a good question! I love that my role allows me to continuously learn new techniques and skills. The social media industry is ever changing and I am grateful that one of our core values is learning. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone and taking risks then seeing the pay off feels so fulfilling.
What do you like to do when you’re not at work?
When I am not at work I am most likely cuddling with my kitties, out running errands, or spending quality time with my friends. The work-life balance MINT provides allows me to be more dedicated to my role without getting burnt out.
