MINT’s Strategy:
As part of a national franchise, our goal was to create a fun, fresh, and value-driven social media presence that still aligned with the Dale Carnegie brand. We introduced new creative elements while focusing on educational tips, leadership insights, course highlights, and success stories. This strategy was designed to increase program awareness, engage learners and leaders online, and drive sign-ups for courses and corporate training by showcasing the real impact of Dale Carnegie programs on individuals and teams.

Analytics Highlights:
Since MINT took over social media management in November 2025, Dale Carnegie ND & MN has seen immediate and measurable growth across their platforms. The attached analytics show significant improvement in overall performance, including a 198% increase in interactions within just a few weeks and a 33% increase in link clicks to their website, demonstrating stronger visibility and audience action.
